Domain Name Registration (www.your-site.com)
The first step is to know what you would like to call your site. A rule of thumb is to limit the length of your domain to less than 20 characters. The longer your name, the more chance it can be mistyped. We will register your domain name for you, and each year it is renewed. All costs are included within the setup and maintenance fees.

Web Site Design
During this process you can be involved as much or as little as you would like. Many of our customers already had custom logos and ideas they contributed. In this process we will also discuss what the 'feel' of the site should be. A hair salon might want sharp contrasts and colors, while a real estate business might want more neutral tones. You may even want your site to resemble the color scheme of your office. Flexibility is our strength, and we'll work with you each step of the way. E-mail Accounts Accessed by Outlook or the Web.
You can have up to 10 e-mail accounts for you and your associates which tie into your domain name (you@yourdomain.com). These e-mails can be set up via Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, or even accessed by a web interface when you're at a remote location. All e-mail accounts are handled by our own server.

Unlimited Updates of Site Content
With your site up and running it's important to have any new content posted as soon as possible. A constantly changing site promotes more traffic and prevents it from becoming 'stale'. Any changes you need to have done can be faxed, e-mailed, or even called in and those changes will be made within 48 hours. There is no limit to the amount of changes you can make per month, and all labor fees are included in the monthly maintenance fee.

Continual Search Engine Submission and Optimization
Submitting your site to search engines is probably the most important marketing move to be made. Doing this correctly can mean the difference between thousands of visitors per month. We submit to all of the latest search engines including Google, Yahoo, AlltheWeb, Excite, Lycos, Netscape, AOL and more. It's not enough though, to submit only once. Search Engines are constantly changing to provide more accurate and relevant results. We continually monitor your rankings by using a Search Engine Optimization Program. This program updates its database constantly to keep with any Search Engine changes, and we make the necessary changes to ensure your position remains at the top. Monthly Site Statistics
Each Month our customers receive a report via e-mail which shows how well their site is performing. It includes interesting data such as how many visitors viewed your site, how each visitor found your site, how many pages they visited, and what times. It also includes how many times each Search Engine was used, and what keyword phrases were used. It's an extremely useful tool to track your sites progress.
